How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to support@co.actor with your account email address. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods.
