We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with Co.Actor Fact Checker for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. No conditions. Simply request a refund within 14 days and we'll process it.

What's Covered

  • Credit pack purchases (100 or 500 credits) - Full refund within 14 days
  • Unlimited subscription ($4.99/month) - Full refund within 14 days of purchase or any renewal

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@co.actor with your account email address. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Credit packs: Refunded credits will be removed from your account balance. If you have already used some credits from the refunded pack, the remaining unused credits will be deducted.
  • Unlimited subscription: Your subscription will be cancelled and access to the Unlimited plan features will end immediately upon refund processing.
  • Free tier access: Regardless of refund, your account remains active with access to the Free tier (20 fact-checks/month).

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for credit packs or subscriptions. Refund requests within the 14-day guarantee period receive a full refund. Requests outside this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; contact us at support@co.actor and we will do our best to help.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods. You will continue to have Unlimited access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Any purchased credit packs in your account are not affected by subscription cancellation and do not expire.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
